Seth is a licensed Professional Engineer with over 10 years of experience in civil engineering, specializing in site design. He brings expertise managing Institutional, Municipal, Commercial, Residential, and Industrial sector projects. Seth earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland and is a graduate of the Harford Leadership Academy.
